From November 16 until May 6th (unless otherwise directed) we are curbside only.

There is no change in the care of your pet and our commitment to a stress and fear free environment for your pet.

What this means for you:

Open arrival, please stay in your car.

Call the clinic when you arrive.

Expect a staff member to obtain a history by a phone call that may be from a private number (our back lines are blocked numbers).

Please be patient as we try our best to keep you, your pet, and our staff safe during this time.

We are taking the health of our clients, patients, and staff very serious during this time. Please know we are doing the best we can to keep everyone safe. We are following CDC guidelines and recommendations for our clinic.

We are still open and seeing appointments and do not intend to alter our hours at this time.

What to expect from your visit during this time:

- We will refrain from handshakes, hugs, and other forms of physical contact during your visit.

- Given the size of our exam rooms we will be able to maintain recommended distances.

- We may ask you to stay in your vehicle and call us upon arrival.

What we are doing:

-We are disinfecting all doorknobs and counters after each visit.

-Encouraging staff to stay home if they or a family member are sick.

-Limiting unnecessary procedures.

If you are sick, please let our staff know upon scheduling a visit, this will allow us to be prepared and consult with you in your car.

If you are worried about your risk there are several options: you can remain in your car while an assistant starts the consultation. We will then decide if we can examine your pet in the car or bring your pet into the clinic for you while you continue to wait in your vehicle. And we also offer in home visits. Please feel free to discuss this with our client service representative.

Please note when calling for medication refills it may take a week to get special order medications and food in.

We will continue to maintain and provide high level of patient care during this time while keeping our community safe. We will continu to monitor recommendations and guidelines and update our policy as warranted.
